- Managing payment methods in Daftra
- Assigning default treasuries to employees
A complete guide to setting up treasuries and bank accounts in Daftra, from adding them and reconciling bank statements to payment methods and default treasuries for each employee.

This course walks you through setting up treasuries and bank accounts in Daftra: enabling the apps you need, adding treasuries and bank accounts with their currencies and deposit and withdrawal permissions, and transferring balances between them.
It then covers importing a bank statement and reconciling its transactions with the payment and receipt vouchers recorded in the system, and managing payment methods, including linking each method to a treasury or bank account and applying commissions.
It finishes by assigning each employee a default treasury, so it is selected automatically in the transactions they record.

Yes. When you add a bank account you can choose a currency other than the main one; treasuries, however, always use the account's main currency.
Import the bank statement as a CSV file from the bank account page, then match each line with the corresponding transaction in the system, create a new transaction for it, or exclude it. The second lesson covers this in detail.
No. The default treasury is only preselected; the employee can still choose any other treasury or bank they have access to.
The videos are in Arabic, and every lesson has an English transcript and English captions.
