- Routing sales accounts in Daftra
- Routing purchase accounts in Daftra
- Routing inventory accounts in Daftra
Learn how to route the journal entries Daftra creates automatically to the accounts you choose in your chart of accounts, for sales, purchases and inventory.

When you record a sales invoice, a purchase invoice or a stock movement in Daftra, the system creates a journal entry automatically. Account routing decides which account in the "Chart of Accounts" that entry is posted to, instead of leaving it on the default accounts.
The course covers this in three practical lessons:
Each lesson shows the resulting entry and the balance of the routed account inside the chart of accounts, so you can confirm the entry landed where you intended.

It sets which account in the "Chart of Accounts" receives the entries Daftra creates automatically from transactions such as sales and purchase invoices and warehouse movements.
Sales (the client and the sales invoice), purchases (the supplier and the purchase invoice), and inventory (warehouses).
Each lesson shows the entry the transaction produced and the balance of the routed account in the chart of accounts, and you can follow the same check in your own account.
The videos are in Arabic and do not have captions or a transcript yet. Each lesson has a written description and summary in both Arabic and English.
