FAQ

What is the difference between a booking order and a lease contract?

A booking order suits rentals by the day or by the hour and is charged according to the pricing rule linked to the unit. A lease contract suits long-term rentals by the week, month or year, with pricing set freely in the contract and collected in instalments.

Why can't I delete a pricing rule or a unit?

A pricing rule cannot be deleted while it is linked to a unit or a seasonal price, and a unit cannot be deleted if it has previous transactions. You can deactivate it instead, or, for a pricing rule, remove the link first and then delete it.

Can customers book units themselves?

Yes. Once "Enable Client Booking" is switched on in the module's general settings, customers can log in to the online store, or register themselves, and book a unit for the period they need.

What language are the lessons in?

The videos are in Arabic. Every lesson has an English transcript and English captions.
