About this course

This course walks through the online store built into Daftra step by step: activating it from "Manage Apps", choosing an Arabic or English template, and editing the content pages, image gallery, menu items and footer icons.

It then turns to what customers see and buy: showing products with their images and discounts, category images, payment methods and electronic payment gateways, shipping options, and customer-specific prices through price lists.

The course ends with the full purchase journey from the customer's side, and how the payment is reviewed in Daftra and recorded in the treasury or bank.

How do I activate the online store in Daftra?

From the side menu, go to "Settings" then "Manage Apps", enable the online store and click "Save". The "Online Store" then appears in the side menu.

Why is my product not showing in the online store?

Enable "Available Online" in the product's details under "Inventory" then "Products & Services". To show it among the featured products on the home page, also enable "Featured Product".

Can a particular customer see different prices from everyone else?

Yes. Create a price list under "Inventory", then link it to the customer through the "Price Groups" field in their details; they see their own prices when they log in to the store.

What language are the lessons in?

The videos are in Arabic. Every lesson has an English transcript and English captions.
