This course shows how Daftra is used to run a clinic or medical centre, through a detailed recorded session and a short summary of it. You will see appointments, patient records, invoices, accounts and inventory brought together in one system.
The lessons cover:
- Managing inventory, services and products, tracking expiry dates and low-stock alerts, and managing suppliers and purchases.
- Adding patients and insurance companies with several coverage rates, plus multiple branches, payment methods, "Treasuries", bank accounts and e-invoices.
- Adding users and doctors, their permissions and shifts, and booking appointments, including patients booking for themselves.
- Prescriptions, medical history, notes and attachments on the patient's page.
