FAQ

What language are the videos in? Are translations available?

The videos are in Arabic. Every lesson has an English transcript and English captions.

Do I have to add travel services myself?

When you create your account and choose the travel and tourism field, the system automatically adds a set of services suited to it on the Manage Services page. You can edit or delete them before you start using them, or add other services and products.

How do booking files relate to PNR?

Booking files are a separate function from PNR but complement it. Both apps must be enabled from "Settings" then "Manage Apps" before you start.

What happens when a booking file is closed?

When you choose the Finished status, the option to add transactions to the file disappears. The booking files page shows open files by default, and you can switch to closed files or all files.
